Sharon, Dana and Ronda at Sarvis Management have been looking after our home in Pinehurst since 2012. We could not be more pleased with the services and support we receive from Sharon and team throughout the year. There is no task too small or large that they cannot handle with the utmost professionalism. We would highly recommend Sharon and team if you own a home in the Pinehurst area and require home services. You will definitely rest easy and your home will be well cared for. — Derek and Olivia
I have known the amazing and friendly staff at Sarvis Management for over 10 years, and they have managed my rental home for almost half of that time. They truly take a major stress out of owning rental properties. With their expert advice on dealing with rental guest issues, helping to ensure that my investment is maintained and cared for and insight into the current rental market, I could not be happier with Sarvis Management. Before I became a landlord, one of the major concerns I had was finding a property management company that would handle all of the issues I needed them too, while treating the property as if it was their own. I am so happy that I found that in Sarvis Management. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any property owner.
Thanks for all you do,
G
The Sarvis staff has always been extremely helpful and conscientious when working with us (Fowler Properties). They return our phone calls and emails promptly. They know the rental business really well and are always on top of things with rental agreements and repairs needed for our properties. The staff is open and honest with us in working out agreements and what would be best for all concerned. We could not do it without Sarvis! -Fowler Properties
Sarvis has managed my properties since 2007 and I am more than satisfied with their services. Their experienced leadership is excellent and the support staff is highly skilled in prompt communication with owners to facilitate and resolve any concerns a tenant may have. In addition, Sarvis management is proactive with timely property inspection which is helpful to identify any possible safety or maintenance issues. Long-standing ties with local vendors, efficient and timely property maintenance along with a transparent and accurate financial reporting system are key elements in this successful owner-manager relationship. This results in quality tenants and enhances the value of my properties.
-I give them the highest recommendation.
"Sarvis Management Co. has handled the rental of my Aberdeen house for over 5 years. They have always proven to be concerned for what's best for my property and what's helpful to me, the owner. Whenever issues have arisen with the house they've been prompt in notifying me and offering their assistance. I live 45 minutes away from this rental property and put full confidence in Sarvis to look after it."

I have been renting properties from Sarvis since Sept 2018. I have never had anything but positive experiences with the Staff (Ronda, Dana, and Sharon) and they are always accommodating with requests/needs/etc. The owners of the home I was renting were coming home for a month for summer vacation and the Staff worked with me to rent another property managed by Sarvis while the owners were in town, and then I moved right back when they left. I haven't had any issues with the rental properties in which I have lived, but if I did, I'm sure they would be taken care of with the same ease as they tackle everything else. Thanks!

Sarvis has managed my rental property in Southern Pines for about 8 years. They have done a wonderful job of allowing me to live in another location and have no worries about my rental house. Any situations with the tenants or the house itself were always handled swiftly and professionally. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting a worry-free landlord experience.
