Sarvis Management is a full service real estate management office serving Moore County.

We offer other services such as home checks for property owners who do not rent their homes, but spend many months away from the area.

We represent local owners offering their homes for special event rentals, such as the 1999, 2005 and 2014 US Open. 2024 US Open to the line for special events.

Sarvis Management has been an integral part of the Pinehurst and Southern Pines community for many years. We are a member of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce.

We advertise on our website, The Moore County Chamber’s website, and the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Ms. Stevens, owner has been with the company since 1998 and purchased the business in 2019. She is broker in charge of the firm and a member of the North Carolina Association of Residential Property Managers.

I have never had anything but positive experiences with the Staff (Ronda, Dana, and Sharon) and they are always accommodating with requests/needs/etc. The owners of the home I was renting were coming home for a month for summer vacation and the Staff worked with me to rent another property managed by Sarvis while the owners were in town, and then I moved right back when they left. I haven't had any issues with the rental properties in which I have lived, but if I did, I'm sure they would be taken care of with the same ease as they tackle everything else. Thanks!
