Rental applications will be processed for all applicants. A NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 application fee must be paid for each applicant. A National Background check will be required for any permitted occupant 18 years or older and they will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $25.00. In addition to the application fee, all units require a SECURITY DEPOSIT equal to one month's rent when the lease is signed. Where pets are allowed, an additional security deposit may be required. All units are rented in an "as is" condition. Any alterations to the property must be negotiated prior to leasing the property.

After approval of the application, a NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee will be due upon signing the lease in the amount of $100.00.

I have been renting properties from Sarvis since Sept 2018. I have never had anything but positive experiences with the Staff (Ronda, Dana, and Sharon) and they are always accommodating with requests/needs/etc. The owners of the home I was renting were coming home for a month for summer vacation and the Staff worked with me to rent another property managed by Sarvis while the owners were in town, and then I moved right back when they left.
