Sarvis Management & Real Estate Services, Inc. was established after spending 15 years as the rental division of the largest real estate firm in the Sandhills. Peggy Sarvis, owner and namesake for the company, was Property Manager there prior to purchasing the rental division and creating her own company in 1996. Sharon Stevens, General Manager, has been with the company since 1998. Dana Garner is our Office Manager.
