We
offer other services such as home check for property
owners who do not rent their homes, but spend many months
away from the area.
We
represent local owners offering their homes for special
event rentals, such as the 1999, 2005, and 2014 US Open.
Sarvis
Management has been as integral part of the Pinehurst
and Southern Pines community for many years. We are
a member of the Sandhills Area Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs.
Stevens is a member of the Pinehurst-Southern Pines
Association of Realtors as well as the National Association
of Realtors. She is also a member of the Property Management
Division of the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
Mrs. Stevens is a volunteer with the Moore County School
system, serves as a member of the Professional Women's
Network, currently serving as the treasurer of the Moore
County Literacy Council Board and is a member of the
Board of Directors of the Sandhills Bowling Association.
Dana
Garner is serving as an Ambassador for The Moore County
Chamber. Mrs. Garner is a volunteer with the Moore County
School system, active in her community and is licensed
by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Currently
serves as a member of the Professional Women's Network.
Tammy
Rush is local to Sandhills area and an active member
of First Baptist Pinehurst. She is an active supporter
and advocate for Almost Home Dachshund Rescue, which
is a network of independent rescue volunteers who work
together to rescue abandoned, abused, and/or unwanted
dachshunds. She is pleased to be working ful-time with
Sarvis.
