All rates include utilities unless otherwise noted. Tenants
are responsible for all long distance calls during their
tenancy. Pets are allowed in some properties, please call
to find out more.
Nightly and weekly
rates include one cleaning after departure. A Security
Deposit will be required for all monthly rentals and
a one time clean charge will be charged to the deposit
after departure.
PCC
membership guest cards allow LIMITED privileges for the
pool & marina, with LIMITED golf, tennis and restaurant
privileges. Also, up to and including, three months stays
are subject to 9.75% sales tax due from the tenant.
Homeowner
will provide two sets of linens for each bed and two
sets of towels for each occupant. |
