All rates include utilities unless otherwise noted and linens for each bed and two sets of towels for each occupant. Nightly and weekly rates include one cleaning upon departure, additional cleanings available upon request. Tenants are responsible for all long distance calls. A security deposit will be required for monthly rentals with a one time cleaning fee charged to the deposit upon departure. Up to and including three months stays are subject to 9.75% sales tax.

LIMITED golf, tennis and restaurant privileges are available at prevailing
guest rates.
